FAQ

Know the rules before the build-out.

Can I customize a Water Valley Vault?

Yes. Water Valley Vaults markets the units as customizable flex space. Any build-out must comply with the declaration, HOA rules, zoning, permits, inspections, and utility limitations for the specific unit.

Can I run a business from a Vault?

Only within the current permitted-use rules. The official FAQ says business activity must be incidental to storage or care of property and prohibits retail storefront use, customer visits, and on-site sale or distribution of merchandise or services. Confirm your exact use before buying or leasing.

Can I live in a Vault?

No. Residential occupancy is not permitted. A Vault can be finished as storage, workspace, hobby, or recreation space only within applicable rules.

What sizes and prices are available?
