Who pays Eric?
The Water Valley Company—not the person submitting an inquiry through this site—may pay Eric Richards for an eligible, completed transaction connected through his introduction. The company controls the program and determines eligibility, calculation, approval, and payment. Program terms may change.
What is Eric’s role?
Eric is a Content Marketing Producer at The Water Valley Company and uses this independent site to make introductions. Through this site, Eric does not represent himself as your real estate broker, agent, attorney, lender, appraiser, tax adviser, or fiduciary.
Authorized company representatives and licensed professionals handle availability, pricing, tours, agency relationships, due diligence, offers, negotiations, contracts, closings, and other transaction work.
What does submitting a lead mean?
By sending an inquiry, you understand that:
- Eric may share your information with The Water Valley Company and its appropriate real estate or company contact.
- Eric has a financial interest in making the introduction.
- No one promises that a property is available, that a buyer is interested, or that a transaction will occur.
- No agency, representation, confidentiality, brokerage, purchase, or compensation agreement is created by using this site.
- You should independently evaluate the property, professionals, documents, risks, and advice relevant to any transaction.
Is this an official company website?
No. Develop Colorado is Eric’s independent referral website. It is not the official website of The Water Valley Company, Water Valley Real Estate, Emerald Estates, or Water Valley Vaults. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Official sites control if this website conflicts with current inventory, pricing, amenities, restrictions, or terms.
