Why this exists
I can make the introduction. I want the incentive.
My day job puts me around the Water Valley Company’s places, properties, people, and stories. I photograph them, film them, write about them, and help show Northern Colorado what the company is building.
The company also offers a commission program for qualifying connections. So I built a site that says the quiet part at full volume: if you need a property, have one to sell, want a Vault, or build custom homes, I want to be the person who connects the dots.
I’m the connector here. Authorized real estate and company professionals handle the actual transaction work.
The proposition is not subtle.
You get a direct route to a potentially useful opportunity. The company gets a credible lead. If it qualifies and closes, I may get 1%.
