What the form does
When you press send, the inquiry form submits the information you entered to a Cloudflare Worker. After Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the submission, the Worker emails the inquiry tocommission@
Human verification
Cloudflare Turnstile processes a short-lived verification token and may evaluate request, browser, device, IP address, and security signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. The server verifies that token before it sends an email. Cloudflare has its own privacy policy.
What happens after you send
Your message is handled by Cloudflare, the email delivery systems involved, and the provider behind the referral inbox. The inbox forwards to Eric. Eric may retain the message, reply to you, and share relevant inquiry details with The Water Valley Company and its appropriate real estate or company contact for the purpose of evaluating and making the requested connection.
What not to send
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank credentials, government identification, trade secrets, privileged communications, or confidential deal documents through the initial email. Ask for an appropriate secure process and written confidentiality terms first.
Hosting and operational data
This site is designed for Cloudflare hosting. Like most web infrastructure, Cloudflare and network providers may process basic request information such as IP address, device or browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
External websites
Links to official listing, community, Vault, LinkedIn, and other external sites have their own privacy practices. Develop Colorado does not control them.
